My Story
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people around the world overcome their health problems and, with my unique intuitive approach have transformed their lives so that they could finally say goodbye to diets and adopt a new lifestyle that is sustainable and delicious. Thanks to my expertise, work ethic, and range of services, I have been able to work with clients and companies from a wide variety of fields and create many amazing projects, and collaborations with brands I feel aligned to work with.
My health journey began when I was diagnosed with atypical hyperplasia - a type of precancerous condition - at the age of 23 and later developed Hashimoto Thyroiditis- an autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland; the fuel center of the body. Through my journey, I developed a passion for cooking and began spending many hours in the kitchen cooking the recipes that allowed me to stay in remission and healthier than ever after 12 years. At that exact time, I decided to abandon my career aspirations of becoming a doctor and instead dedicate myself to studying nutrition and the effects of food on the body, mind, and gut.
I am an avid learner and have completed several master's degrees in nutrition that have allowed me to bio-hack my genetic predisposition to disease and thus help others to heal by creating their own transformation.

My Passion
Education is the key to unlimited health and wellness, and that simple truth has earned me the privilege of teaching at various universities and academies about nutrition and food as the language of healing. With both private clients and businesses, I dedicate my time to understanding each client's unique needs, looking at their blueprint, and how I can offer a plant-based approach to meeting those needs.

I am an ever-evolving nutritionist and chef who continues to push boundaries, add-to my broad range of skills, and live out my passion for continuous growth. My particular culinary training background with Matthew Kenney combined with nutrition education at various universities throughout the United States, has allowed me help other transform people’s lives by adopting a plant-based healthy lifestyle.
In addition to my studies, teaching, and cooking, I enjoy traveling and participating in numerous sports including triathlon, swimming, and volleyball.
