Raw banana breakfast slice

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cups almonds

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • ¼  teaspoon cinnamon

  • 4 dates (pitted)

  • 1 x bananas (very ripe)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

  • 1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil

  • ½  cup walnuts (chopped)

  • ¾ cup raisins (optional)


Instructions:

Process oat groats into fine flour and pour into a large mixing bowl. Process almonds and walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt into a fine meal and add to oat flour. Blend dates, bananas, coconut butter, and coconut oil together into a smooth paste. Add the wet mix to the dry mix and thoroughly combine until the mixture forms a dough. Mix through remaining walnut pieces and raisins. Press into a 6” or 9” pan, cover, and freeze for 30-45 min. Remove pan from freezer and spread vanilla maple frosting. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
