1 apple or pear, diced or roughly chopped

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup dried fruit, soaked 30 minutes, roughly chopped

¾ cup date paste*

2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon lemon or lime zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch ground clove

Pinch salt
